SULPHUR  DETERMINATION  EQUIPMENT

The equipment consist of Tube Furnace, Microprocessor Based Digital Temperature Controller. Inlet & Outlet silicon tubing with pressure reducing conical flask. The sulphur gas is passed through moisture filtering system with pressure guage and air flow meter (Rotameter) to facilitate regulating the sulphur gas flow into the tube furnace.

TUBE FURNACE :

Horizontal Electric tube furnace for Sulphur determination, it shall be regulated to maintain a temperature of 100ºC to 10000C, +200C in the crucible.
Low weight, compact design, short heating-up periods, high-grade insulation. Furnace casing of mild steel sheet. Temperature is accurately controlled and maintained by fully automatic solid state time proportional digital controller having press to set knob, fine control knob, digital display & thermocouple.

AIR / MOISTURE FILTERING SYSTEM :

The air filtering system consists of inlet, pressure gauge, pressure regulator, moisture absorber/filter and gas flow meter with needle valve.
The inlet is connected to the gas cylinder, provided by you. The gas cylinder must be supplied with two stage pressure reducer and fine flow regulator.
The gas, at reduced pressure, flowing from the outlet of the filtering system is introduced in a tube furnace flowing over the sample boats and exiting from other side.

Flow meter (Rotameter) :

Flow meter capable of measuring a flow of air from 100 to 1000 ml / minute at ambient temperature and thus ensuring a constant flow to the samples.
