OXIDATION STABILITY LIQUID BATH
As per CEC-L-48-00 Procedure A
- The method assesses the tendency of lubricants to deteriorate by oxidation under specified
conditions of artificial ageing. It has been prepared for fully formulated transmission lubricants
(ATF and gear oils). - Agitated Heated oil bath for four samples
- Temperature range: 40ºC – 180ºC, ±0.5ºC stability
- The air Flow rate is maintained at 10 ± 0.5 L/hr with a precision flowmeters (4 Nos)
- Supplied with glass matter consisting of Erlenmeyer flask 500ml as per of CEC-48-0(A), Air supply device with drying tower, 500 ml graduated cylinder flask as per of CEC-48-0(A), 100 ml
graduated test tube and Silicon rubber hose pipe - Power supply : 220 V, 1 Phase, 50 Hz.
OXIDATION STABILITY DRY BATH
As per CEC-L-48-00 Procedure B
- The method assesses the tendency of lubricants to deteriorate by oxidation under specified conditions of artificial ageing. It has been prepared for fully formulated transmission lubricants (ATF and gear oils).
- Individual tube heater Dry block apparatus for testing eight samples:
- Each position have independent heaters, sensors, special insulation, temperature control and high temperature safety cut-off
- Equipment is designed to operate all position at same temperature or at different temperature as desired by the client with specific attention to be able to maintain large differential temperatures position to position.
- Temperature range: 40°C – 180°C ±0.5ºc stability
- The air Flow rate is maintained at 5 ± 0.5 L/hr with a precision flowmeters (8 Nos)
- Supplied with glass matter consisting of DKA B Test Tube, Air delivery tube, DKA B Condenser, Cork Stopper, Oxidation test tube support rack for 12 tubes, Lab Grade Air Pump with Dry Tower and Circulatory Chiller
- Power supply : 220 V, 1 Phase, 50 Hz.
