• Test equipment conforming to ASTM D86 / IP123 with electric heating assembly with Copper coil type voltage variac temperature controller, cooling bath (non-refrigeration), distillation flask 125ml, graduated cylinder 100ml, heater boards with 38 & 50mm diameter center holes made of Ceran Glass, thermometers conforming to ASTM 7C & 8C supplied with certificate.
• Power supply : 230 ±10% Volt AC, 1 Phase, 50 Hz.

• Twin test unit. Electrically heated model complete with glass parts and geared heater with copper coil type voltage variac control.
• Condenser + Cooling tank (Refrigerated): Tank is made of stainless steel with facility for draining/overflow. Condenser made of stainless steel seamless non-corrosive tubing 560, ±5mm in length with an outside diameter of 14mm and a wall thickness of 0.8 to 0.9 mm. 393, ±3mm of the tube will be in contact with the cooling medium, 50, ±3 mm on the upper end and 114, ±3mm at the lower end.
• The dimensions, position & angle of the tubing & condenser bath is as per standard.
• Heat source: Electric heater adjustable from 0 to 1000 watts with MS trays for heater.
• Metal shield for flask is provided.
• Gear assembly is provided for moving the flask support up and down.
• Shield made of MS powder coated with locking arrangement, toughened glass window and indicator lamp. Body of the apparatus is made of 19 SWG, 304 AISI, stainless steel buffed to matt finish.
• Adjustable flask support with platform made of Ceran Glassheat resistant material with a central opening 38mm & 50mm in diameter.
• Receiving Cylinders 100ml capacity& Distillation flask 125ml capacity made with heat resistant borosilicate glass, provided with Teflon corks.
• Glass thermometers IP 5C &IP 6C supplied with calibration certificate.
• The condenser tank will be fitted with a cooling coil and immersion heater to get the temperature of the medium from  40°C to 60°C
• In-built auto-refrigerating and heating system and is controlled through digital temperature controller cum indicator.
• Temperature Controller: Microprocessor based PID temperature controller with two displays for set and process value with feather touch key board with PT-100 sensor.
• Temperature range :±4°C to ±60°C
