This precision-engineered Hot Air Circulation Oven is designed in full compliance with IS:5831, IS:10810 (Part 10 & 11), IS:3400 (Part IV):1978, BS 903 Part A19, and BS 6746 (1976) Method E standards for rigorous testing of PVC and rubber materials. Ideal for evaluating thermal ageing, insulation, and mechanical integrity, the system offers uniform heating, accurate air flow, and independent data logging across all 16 test cells.

✅Key Features:

  • 16 independent tubular test cells, each with:

    • Diameter: 100 mm, Length: 300 mm

    • Double top covers, with sample holders (4+4 equidistant hooks per holder)

    • Minimum 20 mm spacing between samples and cell walls

  • Cerawool insulation for optimal heat retention and safety

  • Heavy-duty debris nets inside each cell for sample catchment & easy cleaning

  • Manual flap cover at bottom of each cell (25–30 mm opening)

  • Mounted on PU-coated heavy-duty castors for easy mobility


🌡️ Temperature Control & Airflow System:

  • Temperature Range: Ambient to 200°C

  • Resolution: 0.1°C, Accuracy: ±1°C

  • Uniformity within cells: Max ±2°C (top, middle, bottom)

  • Central PID-based SSR controller with RTC, primary & backup safety systems

  • 1 Master PT-100 sensor + 1 PT-100 sensor per cell for precision monitoring

  • Preheated airflow enters from the bottom, exits at the top – ensures even heat distribution

  • Individual air flow meter for each cell (0.1 to 1 LPM range)

  • High-capacity air pump (min. 30 LPM) included

  • Backup safety thermostat for overheat protection
