OIL SEPARATION (DURING STORAGE)

This apparatus is designed to determine the oil separation tendency of lubricating grease during storage under standardized conditions. It consists of pressure bleeding test cells, an air pressure regulator system, and a constant temperature air cabinet to ensure accurate and repeatable results.

The Type A bleeding cell includes a precision cup with funnel, stainless steel strainer (200 mesh), and an airtight cover with air inlet, all constructed from high-grade stainless steel for durability and compliance with industry standards.

The constant temperature cabinet maintains 25°C ± 0.5°C and is equipped with inbuilt cooling, heating, and air circulation systems for consistent performance. Advanced digital control system, pressure gauges, and regulator valves make this setup reliable and user-friendly.
