This high-performance Breakdown Voltage (BDV) Test Set is engineered in accordance with IEC 60156 standards to determine the dielectric strength of insulating oils with precision and safety. Featuring programmable automatic voltage control, this unit delivers accurate, repeatable results and is ideal for laboratories, utilities, transformer manufacturers, and oil testing facilities.

The test system includes a motorized 0–100 kV AC output, with real-time digital metering, integrated interlocking safety features, and a corona-free acrylic test cell complete with compliant electrodes. A built-in stirrer ensures uniform oil testing conditions, and advanced protection circuits provide equipment and operator safety.
