As per IP 220, DIN 51802

High-precision Grease Corrosion Protection Tester designed to evaluate the ability of lubricating greases and oils to protect bearings from corrosion in the presence of water. This apparatus performs both standing and dynamic tests, ensuring comprehensive corrosion resistance assessment.

Two sets of grease-coated bearings per station are partially immersed in water and rotated at 80 RPM in a controlled sequence of running and resting periods. At the end of the test, the bearing raceways are examined for rust formation as per standard test methods.

  • Power Supply: 220 V, 1 Phase, 50 Hz operation.
