COLD CHAMBER FOR CONDUIT TESTING
- For Conduit testing.
- Double walled construction with inner working chamber made out of 18 SWG, 304 AISI, stainless steel buffed to mirror finish.
- Outer body made of 18 SWG, CRCA sheet epoxy powder coated. 80mm thick ‘PUF’ insulation provided in between the walls to prevent loss of conditions.
- Mounted on lockable castors for easy mobility. Metallic door on both for end with magnetic gasket and lock is provided.
- Easily replaceable air tubular heater ‘U’ shape made of Oxidised Nichrome wire sheathed in stainless steel tube are fitted to heat the chamber.
- A well balanced CFC-free refrigeration system comprising of Hermetic sealed ‘Emersion’ make compressor.
- Dynamically balanced chamber circulatory system comprising of motor with aluminium chamber blower which gently circulates air across the working chamber. Air circulation provided from the rear side.
- Microprocessor based PID temperature controller with two displays for set and process value with feather touch key board and PT-100 RTD sensor with 0.1°C resolution on digital display.
- Temperature range: Ambient to –10°C, +1°C.
- Chamber size: 300mm W x 300mm H x 5000mm L (Volume 475 Litters)
