BREAKDOWN VOLTAGE TESTER

- 0-100 KV oil test set in accordance with IEC 60156 with automatic voltage control.
- Output Voltage : 50 – 0 – 50 KV. i.e. 100 Kv across sample. (Voltage rise Programmable)
- Capacity : 1 KVA.
- Control : Motorized.
- Metering : Digital.
- Protection : A fast acting D.C. Relay will sense the primary current of H.T. Transformer and protect the unit.
- Stirring Facility: Stirrer is provided to stir the oil as per requirement of testing methods.
- Test Cell : Corona free acrylic type with electrodes as per fig ‘2’ of IEC 60156 but slightly modified in volume to suit the condition of high voltage.
- Interlocking : Zero start interlocking , H.V. Chamber Interlocking .
- Gauge : “Go” “NOGO” Gauge of 2.51 mm & 2.49 mm. For adjusting gap.
- Auxiliaries :The unit will have main switch, fuse, indicating lamps, push button,
- Input Supply : 230 ± 10%Volt AC, 50 Hz, 1 Phase.
